Event & Course Management

GoMembership provides an all-inclusive Event & Course Management offering. This can be used to promote and take bookings for social events, regular classes, training participation, AGM attendance, leagues, course bookings, competitions and major events. Events can be prepared, reviewed and published online. Each event, depending on the categorisation, can be accessed externally for people to book on to. Multiple tickets are possible, which helps you to sub-group an event (e.g. adult or junior).
Payments can be processed online and booking confirmations sent to attendees. Individual, group, non-member and members can all book depending on how the event has been set-up. If additional information is needed to be captured, then registration forms can accompany the booking. The system manages the booking numbers if controls are required.
On the day, event registration is possible. For rapid registration GoMembership supports QR code scanning using a GoMembership app. This allows the QR code to be scanned and the member is automatically registered to the event. On completion of an event, those attending can be issued with an online certificate. Full event reporting is provided.

On successful attendance of an event, certificates can be automatically granted to a member.
